Through video format, I will be guiding and encouraging you, throughout every lesson & module. 

This Online MBSR course is unique, in its high level of support. I have drawn on my extensive experience, teaching the MBSR course, to insure you will have everything you need, as you progress through the course.

  • Seeing your Progress: As you make your way through each lesson & module, you will see your progress, as this will be registered on your student dashboard. Also, I will be monitoring your progress.
  • Weekly Submissions: There is an online portal within the course, for submitting your weekly worksheets and final assignment. (Submitting these is Optional). I will be receiving these and reading them. They are small worksheets, but an important aspect of the course.
  • Questions & Feedback: There is a section in each module of the course, where you can make comments and ask questions. I will be answering any questions you may have, as you move through the course.
  • Mindful Community: I have set up a Mindful Community section for students taking the course. This is a private internal portal, for you to connect with other students, share your experiences, and support each-other. You will have access to this for 6 months.
