This Online Mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) 8-week course uses a combination of mindfulness skills including, meditation, body awareness, mindful yoga / movement, mindful communication, awareness of emotions, and regulation of stress triggers and reactions, to assist people coping with Stress related to pain, anxiety, overwhelm, burnout and a range of life issues.

This Online MBSR course is unique, in its high level of support. I have drawn on my extensive experience, teaching the MBSR course, to insure you will have everything you need, as you progress through the course. I look forward to guiding you through the MBSR course, and teaching you the practical skills of Mindfulness. Every module is explained in detail, and I will be with you all the way, guiding, supporting & encouraging you.

  • I will be guiding you through every aspect with Instructor led video tutorials.
  • I will be monitoring your live progression through the course (keeping an eye in the background, on your weekly progress & commitment).
  • I will be reading and approving your weekly worksheet assignments, and offering feedback where needed.
  • I will be answering questions you post in the discussion sections provided within the course.
  • And if at any stage, you would like a Live Zoom session with myself, while you are taking the course, this can also be arranged.


  • Mindful Community: I have set up a Mindful Community section for students taking the course. This is a private internal portal, for you to connect with other students, share your experiences, and support each-other. You will have access to this for 6 months.



  • Zoom Support Sessions : Additional (One to One) Zoom Sessions can be booked, if you want a little extra support.

I totally enjoyed the MBSR course with Una and our small intimate group. I would highly recommend this course to anyone, who is looking for positive changes within themselves and their relationships. For me, I discovered I was projecting my pain onto my partner, and that I hadn’t actually dealt with my past (which I genuinely thought I had). I learned I was being the victim, and through that I have learned to accept all my past experiences and become present to my emotions and thoughts, by becoming the observer of them, and by knowing I am not them. I love the body scan now ( I struggled with it for 4 weeks) but now I am catching myself when I start judging myself.
