Giving you an in-depth experiential understanding of how to practice the skills of Mindfulness.   • MBSR was created by Jon Kabat-Zinn, PhD at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center in 1979
  • This course is taught by a highly experienced MBSR instructor, a member of the MTAI (Mindfulness Teachers association of Ireland).
